Gardening Service

A tidy, well-kept garden can completely change how a property is seen, whether it’s your own home, a holiday rental, or a property between tenancies. At Smart Services, we offer reliable and flexible gardening services across East Sussex, helping clients stay on top of outdoor maintenance with no fuss.

Garden Maintenance for Homes, Rentals and Holiday Lets

Overgrown lawns, weeds, or untidy hedges can leave a poor first impression. Whether you’ve got guests arriving at your Airbnb, new tenants moving in, or you simply need a helping hand at home, we’re here to keep things in order.

Our gardening services are ideal for:

Domestic gardens needing routine or seasonal care
Holiday lets requiring regular tidy-ups during busy periods
Rental properties in between tenants
Overgrown gardens in need of one-off clearance or reset

We can also combine gardening with other services like exterior cleaning, window cleaning, or waste removal for a full property refresh.

From regular upkeep to a full Garden Clearance, we work with homeowners, landlords, letting agents, and short-let hosts to keep gardens looking neat, safe, and guest-ready all year round. The RHS has useful seasonal guidance if you want to keep on top of things between visits.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Liz, what can I say about this lady, she is friendly, organised, always on time and happy to help at short notice. Liz leaves the house beautifully clean and sparkling. She looked after my sister and her 4 siblings, they arrived from Kuwait to visit us, stayed at sovereign harbour for few days. They were overwhelmed and couldn't thank her enough. Well done and keep up the great service.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Smart Services recently did a full car valet for me at my home address. Not only did this stop me wasting time driving somewhere and waiting, I was able to work at home with no disturbance from the team at all. The team came just before the agreed time, kept me updated throughout the day so I knew when to expect them and provided excellent customer service throughout the whole transaction. The end result was an absolutely immaculate car for a good price and a very happy customer. I could not recommend Smart Services more!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. As a letting agent we often rely on contractors for cleaning and repairs at short notice. I contacted Rhys at Smart Services on a couple of occasions recently and I am delighted to say the response we received was excellent. They carried out the work necessary with great speed, very professional and did an outstanding job in all cases. Highly recommend them and the team. Thank you very much
