Domestic cleaning for the whole house, inside and out

Our domestic cleaning looks after everything inside your home and everything on the outside of it, right across Eastbourne and East Sussex. Indoors that means regular housekeeping, deep cleans, carpets, ovens and end of tenancy work. Outdoors it means windows, gutters, jet washing, soffits and exterior painting. You book one team and you speak to one person, so you are not left chasing three different trades to keep a single house looking after itself.

Rhys started out seventeen years ago with a bucket and a ladder on a window round here in Eastbourne. That round has grown into a team of eleven working across the county, and you can still reach us any time of day or night.

What we look after inside your home

Everything inside is priced on the size of your property and how often you would like us. Most households find they want one of four things.

Regular cleaning. A weekly or fortnightly visit covering kitchens, bathrooms, floors, dusting, beds and general tidying. We keep the same cleaner on your house wherever we possibly can, so you are never explaining it all again from scratch. There is more on our Regular Cleaning page.

Deep cleans. A one off, room by room reset that gets behind and underneath things. Skirtings, door frames, inside cupboards, extractor fans, limescale, tiles and grout. People often book one before a new baby arrives, after building work, or simply when the everyday clean has stopped keeping up. Have a look at Deep Cleans.

Carpets and ovens. Two jobs that really do need machines rather than cloths. What we look after outside your home

The outside of a house in East Sussex takes a fair battering. Salt air along the coast from Eastbourne through to Bexhill and Hastings leaves a film on glass and frames, and the wetter months push moss into gutters, render and block paving before you have really noticed.

We clean windows, frames, sills, conservatory roofs, fascias and soffits, usually on a reach and wash pole system so there is no ladder leaning against your guttering. We clear and flush gutters and downpipes, jet wash driveways, patios, paths and decking, look after hot tubs, and take on exterior painting when the woodwork or render needs a little more than a wash.

Outside work does depend on the weather. If the forecast turns we will give you a ring the day before rather than turn up and make a mess of it, and we will always offer you the next dry slot we have.

What happens when you get in touch

You give us a ring or send over a few details about the property. For regular work we like to pop round first, have a look, agree what is included room by room and confirm a price per visit. For one off jobs such as a deep clean, an oven, a carpet or a jet wash, we can usually price it there and then on the phone.

We bring our own materials and equipment as standard, handled in line with COSHH guidance. If you would rather we used your products, because of an allergy, a pet or a surface that needs something particular, just say and we are very happy to. Work inside the house runs to a booked slot, and anything outside we confirm with you the day before.

What domestic cleaning costs

We would much rather give you a real price than an hourly rate that shifts once we are through the door. A three bedroom terrace in Old Town and a five bedroom house out towards Polegate are very different jobs, so we price on what is actually there and you know the figure before we start.

Regular work is quoted per visit once we know the size of the property, how many bathrooms there are, whether there are pets and how often you would like us. One off work is quoted for the job itself. For anything larger we are glad to come and look at the property first, with no charge and no obligation, rather than guess at it over the phone.

Where we cover

We are based in Eastbourne and work throughout East Sussex, including Hailsham, Polegate, Bexhill on Sea, Hastings, St Leonards on Sea, Lewes, Seaford and Brighton and Hove.
