Commercial cleaning across East Sussex
Our commercial cleaning covers any premises that is not somebody’s home. That takes in offices, retail units, clinics and surgeries, salons, studios, workshops, warehouses, holiday accommodation and the communal areas of managed blocks. We work right across Eastbourne and East Sussex, on regular contracts, as a one off, and as cover when your own cleaner is on holiday or off poorly.
We have been doing this locally for seventeen years, from a one man window round to a team of eleven, and a good deal of our commercial work still arrives through one business mentioning us to another. You can see examples in our Gallery and our Case Studies.
The premises we look after
Offices and workspaces. Desks, meeting rooms, kitchens, washrooms and the high touch points that matter most. This is the largest part of what we do and it has a page of its own, at Office Cleaning.
Shops, salons and clinics. Front of house has to look right before you open, and treatment rooms and washrooms have standards of their own. We work early mornings or evenings so nobody is cleaning around your customers.
Communal areas. Entrance halls, stairwells, lifts, corridors and bin stores in managed blocks, on a weekly or fortnightly rota with reporting for the managing agent. See Communal Areas.
Units, workshops and warehouses. Larger floor areas, welfare facilities and offices attached to working space, cleaned on a schedule that fits around production rather than interrupting it.
After building work. Dust gets absolutely everywhere and normal cleaning will not shift it. See Builders Cleans.
Working around your hours
Almost nobody wants a cleaner in while they are trying to work, so most of our commercial contracts run before opening, after closing or at weekends. We hold keys and alarm codes for a great many local businesses and let ourselves in, which is usually the simplest arrangement for everyone.
We keep the same team on the same premises wherever the schedule allows. It saves you explaining which doors lock, which rooms are private and which bins go where, and it means somebody notices when something is not right. If your regular team are away we send cover rather than skip the visit, and we let you know in advance.
