Communal cleaning services tailored to your needs
We support local people with cleaning of communal spaces on a daily basis. This includes office buildings with hireable spaces, communal hallways in blocks of flats, communal gardens for various properties as well as houses of multiple occupancy.
As a standard, we do like to start with a deep clean to bring the areas up to our company standard. This is then maintained with weekly, bi-weekly or four-weekly cleaning.
Dusting, hoovering, mopping, window cleaning, lawn mowing, de-weeding, sweeping of car parks, cleaning of external stairs and more can all be covered in this and we are happy to discuss a package to suit your specific property needs.
We install report sheets within each property so that the cleaning is logged each time to ensure standards are maintained and residents know when to expect us and can report any issues that might need our attention.
We cover the East Sussex area, mainly including Hastings, Brighton, and Eastbourne. However, we do sometimes work further afield in the wider Sussex/Surrey/Kent areas.
