We provide regular cleaning and maintenance services for those who rent accommodation out to short stay guests. This service is extremely popular as we offer a complete hands-off package for owners to have peace of mind that their investment is in safe hands. So whether it is a property or holiday rental in Eastbourne, Hastings, Bexhill, or Brighton, get in touch with our team.

Then your guests check out, our team is arrives to check over the property for any possible damage and will then ensure all windows are doors are secure, they will then strip all linen and remake beds to the specification provided including splitting zip and link beds or setting up / closing down sofa beds where necessary.

Cleaning of the property is then conducted within the brief agreed with you at our initial meeting, with evidential photographs taken to avoid guests making untrue claims.

All furniture is wiped down, all appliances are checked over and cleaned where necessary and welcome items are left out as agreed.

    Liz, what can I say about this lady, she is friendly, organised, always on time and happy to help at short notice.
Liz leaves the house beautifully clean and sparkling.
She looked after my sister and her 4 siblings, they arrived from Kuwait to visit us, stayed at sovereign harbour for few days. They were overwhelmed and couldn't thank her enough.

    Smart Services recently did a full car valet for me at my home address. Not only did this stop me wasting time driving somewhere and waiting, I was able to work at home with no disturbance from the team at all.

The team came just before the agreed time, kept me updated throughout the day so I knew when to expect them and provided excellent customer service throughout the whole transaction.
