Carpet cleaning in Eastbourne from a local team

Smart Services provides carpet cleaning in Eastbourne for households, landlords, holiday let hosts and businesses. We are based in the town and work as a team of eleven, and below we set out how we clean carpets, rugs and upholstery, the kinds of Eastbourne property we work in, the areas we cover and how to get a price.

Many of our regular clients are in central Eastbourne, where carpets in flats, townhouses and older properties often need a deeper clean because of their age or the footfall they take.

Call 07539 635589 and you will speak to someone on the team, at any hour.

How we clean carpets, rugs and upholstery

We look at each carpet before we start and pick a method to suit its fabric and condition, which may be hot water extraction, a low-moisture clean or stain treatment aimed at a particular mark. Fitted carpets, stairs, rugs and upholstery are all part of the service.

Our products are eco-friendly and safe for children, pets and anyone with sensitivities. We rinse them out thoroughly and leave the carpet as dry as we can, and in many cases the room can be used again later the same day.

Holiday lets and rentals in Eastbourne

Property let hosts across the seafront, Old Town and Sovereign Harbour use our Holiday Let Cleaning in Eastbourne for their changeovers. Carpets are worth adding between busy seasons so they stay presentable and free of odours, and we offer flexible appointment times to fit them in.

For landlords and letting agents, professional carpet cleaning is available as an add-on to our End Of Tenancy Cleaning In Eastbourne, as is external window cleaning in Eastbourne. If carpeted rooms have seen heavy wear during the tenancy, or there are stains to treat, mention it when you enquire and we will include it in the quote.

Carpets in student houses rarely last a year untouched. We quote carpet cleaning alongside the turnaround on our Student Let Cleaning in Eastbourne work.

Office and commercial carpets in Eastbourne

In a lot of Eastbourne offices, shops and shared buildings, the carpets get a quick hoover round and never a full deep clean. We clean carpets in offices, guest houses and waiting rooms, and we work around your opening hours so the day can carry on as normal.

Tiles that a vacuum can no longer freshen get a visit of their own, and we leave them overnight to dry. It can run alongside a regular contract with our Office Cleaning In Eastbourne team.

Why Eastbourne households book Smart Services

Rhys began seventeen years ago on a window round here in Eastbourne, with a bucket and a ladder. The business has grown to eleven people since then, and every carpet job still goes out with at least two of us, so furniture is moved safely and each room gets checked by a second pair of eyes.

Our Google rating is 5.0, and the thing customers tell us most is that we pick up the phone and arrive on the day we said. We work to the National Carpet Cleaners Association standards.

Carpet cleaning can be combined with a full house clean from our Cleaning Company in Eastbourne team, or with waste removal if rooms are being cleared at the same time.

Booking carpet cleaning in Eastbourne

We can usually price a carpet over the phone. If the job is larger, we will come out and see it first, free and without any obligation, and you will have the price before any work begins.

To arrange carpet cleaning in Eastbourne, call 07539 635589, drop us a line at sseastbourne@mail.com or fill in our contact form, and we will find an appointment time that suits you.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Liz, what can I say about this lady, she is friendly, organised, always on time and happy to help at short notice. Liz leaves the house beautifully clean and sparkling. She looked after my sister and her 4 siblings, they arrived from Kuwait to visit us, stayed at sovereign harbour for few days. They were overwhelmed and couldn't thank her enough. Well done and keep up the great service.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Smart Services recently did a full car valet for me at my home address. Not only did this stop me wasting time driving somewhere and waiting, I was able to work at home with no disturbance from the team at all. The team came just before the agreed time, kept me updated throughout the day so I knew when to expect them and provided excellent customer service throughout the whole transaction. The end result was an absolutely immaculate car for a good price and a very happy customer. I could not recommend Smart Services more!
