What’s Included in Our Co-Hosting Service?

Our co-hosting and property management packages are fully customisable depending on your needs. Services include:

Professional cleaning and linen changeovers between bookings
Restocking of essentials (toiletries, kitchen items, etc.)

Waste disposal and property tidying
Emergency call-outs and local assistance when required

Liz leaves the house beautifully clean and sparkling. She looked after my sister and her 4 siblings, they arrived from Kuwait to visit us, stayed at sovereign harbour for few days. Not only did this stop me wasting time driving somewhere and waiting, I was able to work at home with no disturbance from the team at all. The team came just before the agreed time, kept me updated throughout the day so I knew when to expect them and provided excellent customer service throughout the whole transaction.
