Communal cleaning services tailored to your needs

We support local people with cleaning of communal spaces on a daily basis. This includes office buildings with hireable spaces, communal hallways in blocks of flats, communal gardens for various properties as well as houses of multiple occupancy.

As a standard, we do like to start with a deep clean to bring the areas up to our company standard. This is then maintained with weekly, bi-weekly or four-weekly cleaning.

Dusting, hoovering, mopping, window cleaning, lawn mowing, de-weeding, sweeping of car parks, cleaning of external stairs and more can all be covered in this and we are happy to discuss a package to suit your specific property needs.

We install report sheets within each property so that the cleaning is logged each time to ensure standards are maintained and residents know when to expect us and can report any issues that might need our attention.

Reliable cleaning solutions

Whether it is a small communal hallway providing access to two flats up to a private residence containing fifty or more separate apartments, we are able to assist you with regular cleaners who learn your needs and can ensure happy clients all round.

Lack of access to power in communal hallways is not an issue for us as we have two teams available with battery-powered vacuum cleaners to ensure even the hardest to reach areas aren’t missed.

We work with block management companies, property directors, building owners and anyone else who is looking for cleaning support for public spaces.

Dedicated maintenance and care team

Usually, our teams are two members of staff working in unison to provide great cleaning and maintenance services.

One will look after the dusting and ‘up top’ elements of the clean including mirrors, banisters, window sills and finger plates, whilst the other looks after the ‘down low’ elements, skirting boards, hoovering, mopping and rubbish collection.

If you need us, we are always available on 24/7 call out as well should the worst happen, whether you have water damage, an animal has caused damage or you need rubbish or graffiti removal, we will be with you as soon as possible to help in any way we can.

Maintenance services such as putting up of fire alarms, safety notices, shelving, application of car park lines, painting of fencing or small internal areas and more can be done upon request.

If we can’t do it, we will always know a reliable supplier who can.
