Window Cleaning in Eastbourne

Smart Services offers window cleaning in Eastbourne for homeowners, holiday lets, rentals and businesses in Old Town, Meads, Sovereign Harbour, Langney, Hampden Park and along the seafront. Read on for how we clean, what each visit includes and how to book a regular or one-off clean.

Window cleaning in Eastbourne, where Smart Services began

Smart Services provides window cleaning in Eastbourne for homeowners, landlords, holiday let owners and local businesses. It is where the company started, and below we explain how we clean, what a visit includes, the parts of town we cover and how to book a regular or one-off clean.

Seventeen years ago Rhys set out with a bucket and a ladder on a window round here in Eastbourne. Since then the round has grown into a team of eleven, cleaning homes, offices, vehicles and holiday lets across East Sussex.

Ring 07539 635589 whenever suits you, day or night, to talk it through.

How we clean your windows

We clean glass, frames, sills and doors using pure water systems, which leave no smears or residue behind. Most of the work is done on a reach and wash pole system, so there is no ladder leaning against your guttering, and the water-fed poles reach upper floors and awkward spots in line with HSE work at height guidance.

We clean ground floor windows, hard-to-reach Velux and conservatory glass, conservatory roofs, fascias and soffits.

Salt air and Eastbourne windows

Salt in the sea air leaves a film on glass and frames, and it takes its toll on glass, signage and metalwork, especially anywhere within sight of the front.

A regular schedule keeps on top of it, and we are just as happy to come out for a single visit when you need one.

Outside work does depend on the weather. If the forecast turns, we will give you a ring the day before rather than turn up and make a mess of it, and we will offer you the next dry slot we have.

Book a window clean

Call Smart Services on 07539 635589, tell us a little about the property and we will give you a price.

Holiday lets, rentals and end of tenancy

Landlords, letting agents and Airbnb hosts book us to keep their properties guest-ready, because clean glass makes a big difference to how a holiday let or rental looks. We fit visits around changeovers and bookings, and internal windows can be included on request. Owners with lets on the seafront, in Old Town and at Sovereign Harbour already rely on our Holiday Let Cleaning in Eastbourne for changeovers.

External window cleaning and carpet cleaning in Eastbourne can both be added to an End Of Tenancy Cleaning In Eastbourne package when a tenant is moving out.

Window cleaning for Eastbourne shops and offices

We clean windows for offices, shops, clinics and other commercial buildings as part of our Commercial Cleaning Company in Eastbourne service. The team works discreetly and safely, and we are happy to come out of hours if that suits the business better.

Internal glass and glass partitions can be added to the same visit, and frames, sills and doors are wiped down as part of every clean.

What every window clean includes

External window cleaning using pure water systems
Frames, sills and doors wiped down
Internal windows and glass partitions on request
Velux windows, conservatory glass and conservatory roofs
Regular or one-off scheduling

Our exterior cleaning in Eastbourne also takes in conservatories and solar panels. If the gutters need attention while we are at the property, Gutter Cleaning in Eastbourne can go on the same booking, so you are not arranging another visit with another firm.

Why people in Eastbourne choose us

We are a fully insured team using safe, modern equipment. We work in pairs or small teams, arrive on time and hold 5.0 stars on Google, and there is no call centre, only a small local team who would rather you got hold of someone. You can read how one window round grew into a team of eleven.

Booking window cleaning in Eastbourne

We offer window cleaning in Eastbourne in Langney, Hampden Park, Old Town, Meads, Willingdon, Roselands and the apartments at Sovereign Harbour, and further out in Polegate and Pevensey. Our Window Cleaning service reaches the rest of East Sussex.

To book window cleaning in Eastbourne, ring 07539 635589, email sseastbourne@mail.com or send a few details about the property through our contact form. We are open 24 hours a day and will come back to you with a price.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Smart Services came to valet my car recently and did such a very good, thorough job. It's so handy that they can come to where you are, rather than waiting around. Thanks Smart Services!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Liz, what can I say about this lady, she is friendly, organised, always on time and happy to help at short notice. Liz leaves the house beautifully clean and sparkling. She looked after my sister and her 4 siblings, they arrived from Kuwait to visit us, stayed at sovereign harbour for few days. They were overwhelmed and couldn't thank her enough. Well done and keep up the great service.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Smart Services recently did a full car valet for me at my home address. Not only did this stop me wasting time driving somewhere and waiting, I was able to work at home with no disturbance from the team at all. The team came just before the agreed time, kept me updated throughout the day so I knew when to expect them and provided excellent customer service throughout the whole transaction. The end result was an absolutely immaculate car for a good price and a very happy customer. I could not recommend Smart Services more!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. As a letting agent we often rely on contractors for cleaning and repairs at short notice. I contacted Rhys at Smart Services on a couple of occasions recently and I am delighted to say the response we received was excellent. They carried out the work necessary with great speed, very professional and did an outstanding job in all cases. Highly recommend them and the team. Thank you very much
