What our office cleaning covers
Our office cleaning runs to an agreed schedule of works rather than a vague arrangement, so you know precisely what happens on every visit. A standard contract takes in desks and workstations, meeting rooms, reception and breakout areas, kitchens and tea points, washrooms restocked and sanitised, floors vacuumed or mopped throughout, bins emptied and waste taken to the store, and the high touch points that get missed most often, such as door handles, light switches, handrails, lift buttons and shared keyboards.
We work across Eastbourne and East Sussex for offices of every size, from a three desk studio above a shop to multi floor premises on a business park.
Cleaning around your working day
Nobody enjoys a vacuum running during a client call. Most of our office contracts run early morning before staff arrive, in the evening after everyone has left, or at weekends. We hold keys and alarm codes for a great many local businesses and let ourselves in, lock up behind us and set the alarm again.
If your office runs unusual hours, shifts, or a hybrid pattern where the place is quiet on certain days, tell us and we will build the schedule around that. Cleaning a mostly empty office on a Wednesday is often better value than cleaning a full one on a Friday.
The same faces every week
We keep the same small team on the same office wherever we can, and they work in pairs so nothing gets overlooked. It matters more in an office than almost anywhere else, because your cleaners are in the building unsupervised and often holding keys.
Everyone who attends works for the business rather than being subcontracted out, wears our uniform and is known to the office. When your regular team are on holiday we send cover who have been briefed on your premises, and we tell you in advance rather than letting you find a stranger in reception.
